The application system is open from August 15 to October 1.
The foundation accepts the following three types of applications:
1. Research purposes
Applications from individual researchers and organizations for projects in all subject areas. Literary societies and interdisciplinary research schools and journals are also included in this category. No grant is provided for personal salaries. 2. Social Purposes – Association/Organization
Applications from general associations for social purposes. No grants are provided for salaries. Read more on the Grants for social purposes & crafts page.
3. Social Purposes – Individual Application
Applications from individuals working in the social field for, e.g., study trips or further education. Grants are not provided for study scholarships or social support. Read more on the Grants for social purposes & crafts page.
The foundation only accepts applications through the electronic application system. Applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on October 1. The foundation advises applicants not to wait until the last day to submit the application.
To ensure a quick and secure handling of the application, the following must be considered:
- In all correspondence with the office, it is crucial that the case number obtained during registration accompanies all email messages.
- To fill in the application, registration in the system with a personal email address is required.
